Kronikl lets you create magazine layouts from curated templates and your own photos. You may use the service for personal or commercial projects, provided you follow these terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Kronikl, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You keep full ownership of the photos and text you upload and the magazines you create. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant Kronikl a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service — for example, to render previews and generate export files.

You are responsible for having the rights to any photo or text you upload, and for ensuring your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The templates, fonts, design system and software that make up Kronikl remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them to create magazines, but you may not redistribute or resell the templates themselves.

Browsing templates and building drafts is free. Exporting print-ready files and certain features require a paid plan. Prices and inclusions are shown before you pay.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use Kronikl to create or distribute unlawful, hateful or infringing material, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Kronikl is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
